Lemuel A. Rodgers*: 64^th Regiment, NY State Volunteers. Age, 23 years. Enlisted November 1 ,1861 at Cattaraugus, to serve three years; mustered in as Private, Co. F, November 19, 1861; re-enlisted as a veteran, February 24, 1864; promoted to Corporal, August 1, 1864; transferred to Co. H, September 9, 1864; promoted to Sergeant, May 10, 1865; mustered out, with Company, July 14, 1865, near Washington, D.C.; borne as Rodgers.

*Listed as Rodgers and Rogers in the Adjutant General's Report and as Rodgers on his gravestone.

He is buried in Wildwood Cemetery, Salamanca, Cattaraugus County, NY.
