Albert N. Wells : 64^th Regiment, NY State Volunteers. Age, 25 years. Enlisted, October 2, 1861, at Leon, to serve three years; mustered in as Corporal, Co. K, October 14, 1861; died of disease, April 22, 1862, at Fairfax Seminary Hospital, VA. Reference: "Adjutant General's Report, 1901"

He is buried in Treat Memorial Cemetery, Leon, Cattaraugus County, NY
