John Alonzo Seekins : 64^th Regiment, NY State Volunteers. Age, 21 years. Enlisted, October 15, 1861, at Leon, to serve three years; mustered in as Private, Co. K, October 29, 1861; promoted Corporal, December 1, 1862; mustered out, October 29, 1864,near Petersburg, VA.

He is buried in Rural Cemetery, Little Valley, Cattaraugus County, NY.
