Cyrus W. Brainard: Company F, 64^th Regiment, NY State Volunteers. Age - 28 years. Enlisted August 21, 1861 at Little Valley to serve three years. Mustered in as Corporal, Co. F on September 10, 1861. Returned to the ranks April 30, 1862. Mustered out September 9, 1864 near Petersburg, VA.

Buried in Rural Cemetery, Little Valley, Cattaraugus Co., NY
