Bart Heath: Company F, 64^th Regiment, NY State Volunteers. Age - 28 years. Enlisted Sept. 24, 1861 at Little Valley, NY to serve three years. Mustered in as Private Co. F on Oct. 19, 1861. Wounded in action Sept. 17, 1862 at Antietam, MD; discharged for disability April 3, (?) 1863.

Buried in Rural Cemetery, Little Valley, Cattaraugus Co., NY
