Alfred Horatio Lewis

Alfred H. Lewis: Company D, 64^th Regiment, NY State Volunteers. Age - 27 years. Enrolled October 1, 1861 at Rushford to serve three years. Mustered in as Sergeant, Co. D on October 5, 1861; as 2nd Lt on June 1, 1862; as 1st Lt March 1, 1863. He was killed in action July 2, 1863 at Gettysburg, PA.

Buried in Sandusky Cemetery, Sandusky, Cattaraugus Co., NY.
