Albert J. Keith: Company F, 64^th Regiment, NY State Volunteers. Age - 19 years. Enlisted Nov. 20, 1861 at Little Valley to serve three years; mustered in as Private, Co. F on Nov. 29, 1861; transferred to Co. H Sept. 9, 1864; mustered out November 26, 1864, near Petersburg, VA.

Buried in Rural Cemetery, Little Valley, Cattaraugus Co., NY
