David Cooley*: Company D, 64^th Regiment, NY State Volunteers. Age - Age 19 years. Enlisted August 14, 1862 at Rushford to serve three years. Mustered in as Private, Co. D on October 16, 1862. Wounded in action December 13, 1862 at Fredericksburg, VA. Died of his wounds on December 19, 1862.
