Michael Blatner/Mikiel Blotner: Company C, 64^th Regiment, NY State Volunteers. Enlisted at age 23 years. Enlisted September 16, 1861 at Otto to serve three years; mustered in as Private, Co. C on Oct. 5, 1861; died of disease on July 18, 1862 at Fort Monroe, VA.

Adjutant General's Report gives his name as Mikiel Blotner.
