Daniel G. Bingham
: 64th Regiment, NY State Volunteers. Enrolled at Ellicottville to serve three years. Mustered in as Lieutenant Colonel on November 20 1861; wounded in action June 1, 1862 at Fair Oaks, VA; mustered in as Colonel on July 25, 1862; wounded in action on May 3, 1863 at Chancellorsville, VA and July 2, 1863 at Gettysburg, PA. Discharged February 10, 1864.
Daniel Bingham died July 27, 1864 in Riga, Monroe County, NY.
